Hi, I am Emily...

…and there's something I was searching for, which I couldn't find: Hope after Cancer! So I decided to create a charity to focus on just that!

 I would really appreciate your support to help me shape this new charity through completing this survey below, so I can hear from people who have experienced cancer themselves or through a loved one, and what support did or could have helped you or them after cancer and in remission.

Your answers from experts with experience will help us know as a charity how best to provide support to bring hope and inspire, which will positively impact people now and in the future.

The Survey only takes around 5 minutes with just 6 questions to answer, and the survey is anonymous.
